And today, I slept until 9! SCORE!! And I didn't go to sleep late at all last night, I was out by 8:30 pm. Aside from the sleep break in the very early morning hours, I'm feeling more and more refreshed each day!
Now, we've still been keeping super busy with our summer plans. I've been really good about packing our lunches and cooking dinner in the crock pot. This saves me time in the evenings when we're running to swim or ballet or karate!
We've kept to our planned summer calendar, except for this past Wednesday when the kids wanted to veg out all day instead of going for a hike. I was happy with their decision because let me tell you, I'm exhausted by the time the evenings roll around. It's draining doing all of these fun things. HAHA! No, really, it is!
I've been measuring out my meals using the 21 Day Fix containers. It's helped. But I have added some cheese here and there, I don't think it's going to kill me. As much as I've wanted to workout this week, I've only done the June Ab & Squat Challenge. Other than that, I've been wanting sleep over workouts.
Next week, I hope to make more time for blogging and want to start rolling out my NEW blog. I've changed, I'm continuing to change, and think with all this, this little space needs to change.
